Satin Lapis Blue Vinyl Wrap (VCH420-S) 1

Description

A lot of satin chrome blues lose their character once the light fades. Lapis Blue holds onto it. Deep indigo stays at the center, while cool violet tones quietly come and go as the day changes.

Key Attributes

  • Blue that stays visible: Deep indigo holds its richness after the sun softens instead of slipping into a flat, almost-black finish.
  • Soft metallic character: Polymeric multilayered hybrid film and metallic pigment create a satin chrome surface with gentle reflections and layered color.
  • Fits around the details: Heat-conformable film wraps mirrors, bumpers, curves, and moderate recesses with less effort, while the premium PET liner keeps the film tension-flat during installation.
  • Clean removal: Henkel solvent acrylic adhesive stays transparent, resists weather, and peels away cleanly without leaving residue behind.
  • Ready for changing seasons: UV-resistant construction helps the finish stay consistent through sun, rain, and everyday driving.

At first it feels like a dark blue. Then the violet starts showing up. Not everywhere. Just around the edges where the light catches. Cloudy skies bring out a cooler indigo. A patch of sunshine pulls sapphire through the satin finish. Neither look lasts for long, and that's part of the appeal. The color keeps moving without asking for attention. Park it beside an ordinary blue wrap and you'll notice it almost immediately. Not because it's brighter. Because it feels deeper.

OEM Match

  • Closest to Porsche Lapiz Blue Metallic
  • Same saturation as Porsche Gentian Blue Metallic
  • Cooler than BMW San Marino Blue
  • Deeper than Subaru World Rally Blue Pearl

If those factory blues have always been on your shortlist, Lapis Blue lets you bring that same feeling to a car that never came in the color from the factory.
